Behavioural Strategist and Master Storyteller
Tom’s story began when he ran away from home to join the theatre. Since then it has been an eclectic life, well lived as a classical actor, West End performer, opera singer, entrepreneur and now a qualified coach, behavioural strategist and storyteller.
Tom understands people and live engagement exceptionally well. He has been entertaining, educating and coaching for over three decades. He is passionate about helping people unlock their true potential, and has worked with brands such as British Airways, O2, Microsoft, Google, Green Flag and Peugeot as well as individuals in politics, the arts, entertainment and the media.
He is equally at home working with CEO’s as he is with frontline staff, whether coaching one on one, training groups or presenting at conferences and seminars. Tom’s mix of creative development and hands-on delivery has seen him inspire and motivate staff and customers, reinvigorate brands, launch products, change cultures and create leaders throughout whole organisations.
He was a founding partner and creative director of one of the most respected brand experience marketing agencies Sledge and is now a sought after motivational speaker and coach in the area of people and organisational development through his consultancy, Extraordinary People.
Tom’s ambition is to help everyone he works with enjoy discovering just how extraordinary they actually already are!

Alan’s been a creator of media and live communications for the last 4 decades and still has a fuelled appetite for innovation and change. He has been behind and in front of the camera, worked backstage as well as onstage, so he understands the different perspectives in any piece of communication.
He is addicted to the challenge that live communication brings and is passionate about creating communication that really engages with the heart, soul and emotions of human beings.
He lives and breathes everything live & digital and was the co-founder in 1981 of agency Rocket Science which was acquired by TwoFour Group in 2010.
Alan is a strategic and creative thinker and has been a trusted adviser and partner to some of the most well-known brands. He had a 16-year relationship with HSBC helping them to become a 21st century communicator, and a 25-year relationship with both Allied Dunbar/ Zurich and Thomson Travel Group (now TUI).
He has worked in over 80 countries and has a million great stories that he would like to share, if only he could remember them all!
And he is no stranger to being a pioneer in his field, or creating breakthrough experiences- he counts the launching of Stansted Airport in 1991, and the first event held at the London 2012 Olympic Velodrome as some of the many achievements where he’s played a leadership role. He is also to blame for the launch of Pot Noodle!
Alan is a creative at heart, but, more than anything, he is fiercely committed to delivering world class work that exceeds client expectations and produces results.

Jenny always thought she was going to become a doctor, until she realised the dynamic world of communications was more her cup of tea. Since then, she has been blending her training and rigorous discipline in logic, research and analysis, with more right-brained skills and interests from a background in theatre and communications.
Throughout her career in Singapore and London, she has successfully managed and delivered projects of various sizes. From small, intimate events, to large-scale complex summits, through to international roadshows.
And what have these ten years taught her? It’s the people that matter: clients and their satisfaction when a project exceeds their expectations; the audience who achieve their goals together when inspired in the right way; business partners who love working with her over and over again; and colleagues who work side-by-side with her as a team.
She has worked with client teams from recognisable brands and organisations across different industries. These include the British High Commission, Cisco Systems, Coca-Cola Enterprises, Deloitte, Salvatore Ferragamo, Hewlett-Packard, HSBC, NHS, Oracle, Roche, Shell, Taxfree World Association, The Milken Institute and Vodafone.
Jenny is passionate about giving people experiences that make a difference and developing relationships with people who care about what we do.
Senior Graphics Designer
Deborah honed her competitive instincts gaining British records in team GB at the Montreal Olympics and it’s that same drive she uses to give her work the creative edge in any competition. She believes that great ideas are the result of going beyond the obvious to discover the most effective visual interpretation, working to deliver the message for clients and their business.
As a senior designer Deborah’s original graphic style has created global campaigns for many international brands and has won her fair share of industry awards. Debs has worked with Adidas, Alcatel-Lucent, Audi, Blackberry, Canon, Deloitte, HSBC, Kaspersky Lab, Kuwait Petroleum, NHS, Porsche, Tom Daley TV, Vodafone and Volkswagen, amongst others.
